EOP (English Only Policy)

  • Environment to use English all day long except Skype, Math Class
  • Maximize the effectiveness of offline program
  • Strictly monitored by Host
  • No reason to study in foreign country without EOP
  • Usually 2 weeks are needed to be familiar with EOP

Full Care

  • Host’s responsibility
  • 24 hours/7 days (Medical Record is managed)
    • No security and safety issue (Risk Management)
    • Daily life monitoring
    • Class monitoring (Skill Enhancement)

  • 3-4 kids for each host (4 is maximum)

Collaboration

  • Collaborate to make a better program with parents through Telegram
    • Any advice or recommendation is welcome
  • Customization by using VOC (Voice of customer) process
  • Special care is placed in group chat room for each Kids (Telegram)
  • Direct communication with hosts

Balance between learning and having fun

  • Controlled by Hosts
  • Hosts should satisfy parents and kids at the same time (Parents: Skill enhancement, Kids: having a fun)
  • Customization for each kids (1:1 6 hours class)
  • Weekly activities to release every stress during weekday
    • Regular activity (Basketball, Dance…)
    • Non-regular activity (Archery Attack, Timezone, Swimming Pool, Movie, Enchanted Kingdom…)
    • Month-ender Party

Before & After Videos

  • Before & After Video for students is provided after the program in order to justify the improvement of student’s skill
  • It proves kid’s change in their skill
  • Minimum duration for having Before & After video is 2 months

Final report

  • Final report is released after the program to report all the activities for the corresponding program
  • Final report will contain most of the activities and resources

Super Group class

  • Every Friday all get together in one place to have a class for 2 hours
  • Below activities are performed
