Broad knowledge beyond school subjects, plus confidence, poise and self-esteem. Thursdays 1–5 PM at the homestay house.

High school presentations

Presenting in front of local high school students: speaking in public, engaging an audience and thinking critically.

A Toastmasters speech activity is being prepared.

Weekend activities

After a week of study, weekends are for going out with the hosts. One host and three kids travel together, in highly rated cars only.

Basketball

Good exercise and a chance to show off their basketball skills.
